Congress ignored education for decades, govt schools weren't ruined only in last 12 yrs: Wangchuk

Activist-educator Sonam Wangchuk said that while he's angry at all governments, he is angrier at Congress for ignoring poor people's education for decades. He explained that government schools didn't get ruined in the last 10-12 years. "What amazing work did Congress do...Had the schools been magnificent, how could they have been reduced to such a condition now?" he asked.
