Himachal Pradesh CM Jairam Thakur on Sunday said that the Congress is scared of losing general elections as it hasn't yet announced the candidates on all seats in the state. The Congress has so far announced candidates on two (Mandi and Shimla) of four parliamentary seats in Himachal. Thakur added that the Congress had "fewer achievements in its 10-year tenure".
