The Congress has filed a civil writ petition in the Chhattisgarh High Court, challenging the induction of the 14th minister in the state cabinet. Citing the constitutional cap of 15% of the Assembly's strength, the party pointed out that the limit for 90 MLAs is 13.5. This comes after CM Vishnu Deo Sai inducted three new ministers on August 20.
