The Congress in Tamil Nadu has reached out to actor Vijay's TVK for an alliance, NDTV reported citing people with direct knowledge of the matter. This comes following the new party's performance in the state. His party is ahead on 102 of the 234 seats in the state Assembly Election results as per trends at 10:30 am.
