Congress replaces Bhupesh Baghel with Sachin Pilot as Punjab in-charge

The Congress on Saturday appointed Sachin Pilot as the party's general secretary in-charge of poll-bound Punjab replacing Bhupesh Baghel. The party appointed Baghel as the general secretary in-charge of Assam amid the reshuffle. The party also appointed Randeep Singh Surjewala as in-charge of Gujarat, Sirivella Prasad as Maharashtra in-charge and Sukhdeo Bhagat as in-charge in Chhattisgarh.
