Two-time MLA Jai Tirath Dahiya has resigned from Congress, alleging that tickets are being sold by the party for money. "Despite being a strong contender, the party chose to humiliate me by denying me the ticket. I have since submitted my resignation to the party leadership," he added. Notably, Dahiya is considered a close aide of ex-CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
