Congress will form government in Himachal Pradesh as the party secured the majority mark of 35 in the Assembly elections in the state, according to the Election Commission. Congress is leading on five seats. The BJP has won 18 seats and is leading on 7, while AAP failed to win any seat. Himachal Pradesh went to polls on November 12.
