Congress workers beat up their own district president over ticket denial in Bikaner

Madan Gopal Meghwal, Bikaner city Congress president and ex-IPS officer from the Dalit community, was allegedly beaten by worker Mohit Arora and his associates during inauguration of a Ward 50 election office. The clash erupted when the workers confronted Meghwal over Arora being denied ticket for the municipal polls. The workers had invited him on the pretext of welcoming him.
