A case of ischiopagus tripus conjoined twins born in Indonesia in 2018 has been published in American Journal of Case Reports. They have two legs separated by shared genitalia and an anus at the midline, and one fused leg, which could be felt and moved by both of the patients. The third leg was removed by doctors.
