A man has been arrested in Russia for creating fake border posts with Finland and promising migrants to smuggle them into the European Union. He charged over €10,000 from four men from South Asia to take them to Finland. After reaching the posts, the man left the migrants alone in a forest in Vyborg, in what they believed was Finland.
