AS Dulat, who was the RAW chief during the hijacking of IC 814, revealed that they'd considered puncturing the tyres of the aircraft as well as putting a bowser in front of it to prevent it from flying out of Amritsar. Dulat further said he still doesn't have an answer to whether commandos should have stormed the aircraft or not.
