Consumers sue Amazon for not passing on Trump tariff refunds

Amazon has been sued for not issuing refunds for costs passed on to consumers due to higher tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump, which were later deemed illegal. The lawsuit also alleged that Amazon didn't seek refunds from the government 'because it seeks to curry favour with Trump'. The US Supreme Court had struck down the tariffs in February.
