Kerala General Education Minister V Sivankutty said school textbooks will soon include the constitutional powers and duties of Governors, stating that schools are the ideal place to learn how democracy works. This comes a day after Raj Bhavan, the Governor's residence, criticised Sivankutty for walking out of an official event due to the display of a Bharat Mata image.
