Continuous rains triggered traffic congestion across Pune, stranding commuters for hours. Major bottlenecks were reported along Ganeshkhind Road, Sinhagad Road and Ahmednagar Road. Deputy commissioner of police Himmat Jadhav said that they have deployed their maximum available manpower on the ground. Citizens are urged to allow extra travel time.
