Convicted ex-Danish Immigration Minister ousted from parliament

Former Danish Immigration Minister Inger Støjberg was voted out of the parliament on Tuesday following her conviction for reportedly issuing an order to separate asylum seekers from their underage spouses in 2016. Støjberg was convicted for "gross negligence" in the matter by a Danish impeachment court earlier this month. She was sentenced to 60 days in prison.
