ASP Anuj Chaudhary, inspector Anuj Tomar and 20 unidentified police officials are facing probe for shooting at a youth during the 2024 Sambhal violence. Chaudhary had earlier sparked a row with "Holi comes once, Friday prayers 52 times" remark. The CJM court ordered probe after the victim Alam's family alleged he was shot when he went out to sell toast.
