A police officer carried a 72-year-old woman on his shoulders through waist-deep floodwaters after a bus got stranded in Maharashtra's Raigad district. The rescue operation was carried out by personnel from the Rasayani Police, assisted by the Help Foundation. "Prompt action by Rasayani Police helped rescue eight passengers after [a]...bus became stranded in floodwaters," Raigad Police wrote on X.
