Biological E on Saturday announced its COVID-19 vaccine Corbevax has been approved by Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) for administering booster doses to people aged 18 years and above. Corbevax was earlier approved for emergency use in kids aged 5-12 years and 12-15 years. Adults fully vaccinated with two doses of Covishield or Covaxin can take a Corbevax booster.
