Infosys' Non-Executive Chairman Nandan Nilekani has said one of his priorities was to help the board create a long-term governance structure in the company. Nilekani said he wanted to make sure the stakeholders are aligned, be it board members or others, which may bring stability to Infosys. On CEO search, Nilekani said the company "will cast a very wide search".
