Congress MP Manoj Kumar reacted to Union Home Minister Amit Shah's remark that J&K wouldn't have become an integral part of India without Bharatiya Jana Sangh founder Syama Prasad Mookerjee. "Was Kashmir not developed before? The country knows Kashmir's history. We all know how Kashmir was formed," Kumar added. Shah made the remark on the occasion of Mookerjee's birth anniversary.
