A couple has been arrested for allegedly stealing jewellery and cash worth ₹5 lakh from the house of a friend in Thane. The accused woman convinced her friend to allow her to stay in her house. "Two days ahead of the incident, she also called her husband, and one more man who allegedly is her boyfriend," police said.
