Uttarakhand's Naveen Patwal and Poonam Sharma decided to take a bank loan of ₹12 crore to grow their mushroom business. After 2020, they began growing exotic mushrooms like shiitake, oyster, lion's mane, cordyceps, portobello and gucchi. Today, their brand produces up to 200 kilograms of exotic mushrooms daily. They clocked a revenue of ₹15 crore in FY25.
