Inspired by a casual discussion about the durability of surgical equipment, Pallavi Mohadikar and her husband Dr. Amol Patwari launched the steel-coated 18-carat gold jewelry brand Palmonas in 2022 to end the use of skin-damaging jewelry. Astonishingly, the brand skyrocketed to success in just 16 months, earning ₹15 crore in revenue.
