Suhas Karanth and his wife Raksha Prasad noticed Bengaluru lacked authentic tastes from Karnataka's Dakshina Kannada district. To fill this gap, they opened 'Jagli Tindi' restaurant, offering dishes like Mangalore buns, avalakki baath, mandakki upkari, khotte kadabu, gasagase payasa, and ragi halbai, celebrating the flavours of Suhas's hometown, Kundapura.
