A Varanasi court on Monday denied bail to 14 people accused of hurting religious sentiments of Hindus by organising Iftar party on boat in Ganga and throwing bones and food waste into river. The court stated that crime is of a serious and non-bailable nature. They were arrested on March 17 after Iftar party which took place on March 15.
