A Delhi court discharged all 10 TMC leaders, including MPs Derek O'Brien, Saket Gokhale, and Sagarika Ghose, in the case of their protest outside the Election Commission of India in 2024. The leaders protested against central probe agencies, including the CBI, NIA, ED, and the Income Tax Department, alleging they targeted opposition parties at the behest of the BJP-led Centre.
