A Mumbai court has dropped actress Malaika Arora as the witness in Saif Ali Khan’s 2012 Taj Mahal Palace assault case after she failed to support the prosecution's version of the events. The case stems from NRI businessman Iqbal Sharma's allegation that Saif had threatened and assaulted him in the hotel. Saif and two others were arrested after Iqbal's complaint.
