A Delhi court on Thursday granted bail to Hemant Hathi, an accused in the ₹8,100-crore bank fraud case involving Sterling Biotech (SBL). It further asked two absconding promoters to submit their address to the Enforcement Directorate within 15 days. The ED had in 2017 registered a case against SBL promoters for allegedly siphoning off loan funds to 200 benami entities.
