Court has right to decide if a practice is superstitious: SC in Sabarimala case

The Supreme Court, during a hearing on women entry in Kerala's Sabarimala temple, said it has the right to decide if a practice is superstitious. "What will follow is for the legislature...how to deal with it," it stated. The court said after Solicitor-General Tushar Mehta said a secular court can't decide if "something is superstition".
