The Bombay High Court has rejected the maintenance plea of a woman earning more than her husband. The woman, who lives in New Jersey, US and earns ₹8 lakh per month ($8,700), sought ₹1 lakh per month as interim maintenance. The court said the husband's IT job could be at risk because of artificial intelligence.
