COVID containment zones rise to 154 in B'luru; Bommanahalli has highest

The number of COVID-19 containment zones in Bengaluru rose to 154 as the city reported 2,053 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday. Notably, Bommanahalli has the highest number of 49 containment zones in the city. This is followed by Mahadevapura (48), Bengaluru West (16), Bengaluru South (15), Bengaluru East (12), Yelahanka (10) and Dasarahalli (three). Currently, Bengaluru has 11,423 active COVID-19 cases.
