The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Tuesday said that the total number of COVID-19 containment zones in Mumbai has increased to 750. According to the data by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, there are over 73,000 active COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra currently. Moreover, 7,610 people have died due to COVID-19 in the state so far.
