Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif warned ministries to prevent delays in CPEC 2.0's $8 billion projects, stressing it is the country's last chance to secure vital Chinese investment and expertise. He noted that Beijing has agreed to expand CPEC through a second phase focusing on agriculture, Special Economic Zones, mining and mineral development, and the upgradation of the Karakoram Highway.
