Craftsman Automation has fixed the price band at ₹1,488-1,490 per share of face value of ₹5 each for its ₹824-crore IPO (initial public offering). The IPO will open for subscription on March 15. The public issue, the first by an auto company in nearly three years, comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹150 crore.
