Ethnic e-tailer Craftsvilla reportedly acquired Kae Capital-backed Sendd for about $4.5 million on Monday. The core team, along with the founders, will join Craftsvilla. As part of the deal, Kae will get a small stake in Craftsvilla. Founded by Nav Agrawal, Sumeet Wadhwa & Sargun Singh in April 2015, Sendd is an on-demand shipping services startup.
