Fintech startup Pine Labs on Tuesday announced that CRED Founder Kunal Shah has been appointed to the company's board. Shah has previously served as an advisor to the board of Bennett Coleman and Company. He also founded Freecharge which was later sold to Snapdeal for $400 million. Shah's appointment comes as Pine Labs prepares for an IPO in 18 months.
