short by Aarushi Maheshwari / on Saturday, 8 April, 2017
The first underwater winery in Croatia recently opened in Drače village. The Edivo Vina winery stores wine in clay jugs, called amphorae. The jugs are kept in a sunken boat in the Adriatic Sea for around 700 days at a temperature of 15-17°C. Further, visitors can accompany professional divers to explore the winery.
