Crowds of people are reaching Ueno Zoo in Tokyo to bid farewell to Japan's last two pandas, which are set to return to China amid strained ties. While the pandas' return was planned, it's now being seen as a display of strained ties between the two nations. Around 4,400 people won ⁠lottery-assigned tickets to view the pandas for one minute.
