Former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told Bloomberg that nation-states should start paying attention to the rise of cryptocurrency. They have the potential to destabilise countries, "starting with small ones but going much larger", she explained. Clinton further said that cryptocurrencies have the potential for undermining currencies as well as the role of dollar as reserve currency.
