A CSR skilling initiative has trained and certified 137 underprivileged women from Kalyan and Nalasopara for roles in the BFSI and Retail sectors, offering over 120 hours of structured classroom learning and NSDC certification. The programme, which is now creating placement opportunities, helps women from low-income backgrounds gain job-ready skills and a pathway to financial independence.
