A large-scale teacher capacity-building initiative has been launched across 13 districts in Maharashtra, reaching over 300 schools under the PM SHRI scheme. Focused on leadership, literacy, communication, and pedagogy, it provides hands-on support through workshops, classroom guidance, and skill development.
