US' Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that Cuba accepted Washington's offer of $100 million in humanitarian aid. This comes after US charged former Cuban President Raul Castro with murder and conspiracy. Cuba has been facing a fuel crisis since US halted Venezuela's oil exports to them and threatened to impose tariffs on any countries supplying oil to Cuba.
