Infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) Cube Highways Trust has filed draft papers with SEBI for a proposed ₹5,000 crore IPO, which it plans to launch in July. The entire issue will be an Offer for Sale (OFS), and existing unitholders will sell a portion of their holdings to public investors. This marks the first private-to-public transition in India's InvIT market.
