There is a cucumber shortage in Iceland after people started trying TikToker Logan Moffitt's viral "cucumber salad" recipes. In his videos, Logan slices a cucumber into a container, adds flavourful mix-ins and shakes it up to create a cucumber concoction. Kronan, one of Iceland's biggest grocery chains, said cucumbers have sold out in stores across the country.
