Nepal has extended an indefinite curfew in Sunsari district after an incident of communal violence left one person dead and several others injured. Sunsari, which borders India's Bihar, is a key transit and commercial corridor between the two countries. The violence erupted after members of two religious communities clashed over the use of loudspeakers and the display of religious flags.
