Curran 1st cricketer to win Player of the Final, Player of the Tournament awards in a T20 WC
England pacer Sam Curran on Sunday created history by becoming the first cricketer to win Player of the Final and Player of the Tournament in a single edition of T20 World Cup. Curran bagged Player of the Final award after taking three wickets against Pakistan in T20 World Cup 2022 final. He bagged the tournament award for taking 13 wickets.
