Customers' feedback wrong 70% of the time: Zomato CEO Goyal

Speaking on startups making changes based on customers' feedback, Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal said customers are wrong 70-80% of the time and often don't know what they want. "Customers say a lot of things, but there has to be enough people in the organisation who listen to them and make necessary changes," he added at the Startup Mahakumbh 2024.
