Cyclone Yaas is very likely to move north-northwestwards and intensify further into a very severe cyclonic storm during next 12 hours, the India Meteorological Department has said. The cyclone might affect 11 states and UTs which include Andaman and Nicobar Islands, West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam and Meghalaya.
