Late Cyrus Mistry's sons, Firoz and Zahan, have joined SC Finance, one of the two holding companies of Shapoorji Pallonji Group, which is reorganising its holding structure, as directors. They've also joined as partners of CPM NexGen Ventures and Mistry Ventures, both launched by Mistry in 2018. The other holding firm, SP Finance, holds Mistry's elder brother Shapoor Mistry's stake.
