Smart Namo, an independent body formed by Modi fans, has announced it will soon launch an Android mobile phone by the same name. The phone is the group members' way of showing their dedication and respect to Modi, the official website for the device says. The Smart Namo group includes Gujarati businessmen who have mobile businesses in China.
